The coating line is equipped with ion cleaning system and magnetron sputtering system, which can efficiently deposit simple metal coatings. The equipment has compact structure and small floor area. The vacuum system is equipped with molecular pump for air extraction and low energy consumption. Automatic return of material rack saves manpower. The process parameters can be traced, and the production process can be monitored in the whole process, which is convenient to track the production defects. The equipment has a high degree of automation. It can be used with the manipulator to connect the front and rear processes and reduce the labor cost.
The coating line can be coated with Ti, Cu, Al, Cr, Ni, TiO2 and other simple metal films and compound films. It is suitable for PC, acrylic, PMMA, PC + ABS, glass and other products, such as automotive interior parts, logo, automotive rearview mirror, automotive glass, etc.
