1.Mechanical pumps, which can only pump up to 15Pa~20Pa or higher, otherwise it will bring serious backflow pollution problems.
2, Adsorption pump, to configure anti-pressure burst device, to avoid accidents after the warm back.
3、When stopping, the cold trap should be isolated from the vacuum chamber, and the high vacuum pump should be stopped only after the liquid nitrogen is excluded and the temperature is returned.
4, Diffusion pump, before normal operation and stop pump within 20min, oil vapor pollution is very large, so shall not be connected with the vacuum chamber or cold trap.
5, Molecular sieve, avoid molecular sieve adsorption trap in the molecular sieve solid powder or absorption by the mechanical pump. If the vacuum system of evaporation coating machine can’t reach the vacuum degree requirement or can’t be pumped, you can check the working status of the pumping device first, then check whether the bleed source exists. Before assembling the vacuum parts, the vacuum system should be cleaned, dried and checked for leaks, and then it chould be used only after it is qualified. Then check the clean state of the the removable part seal ring, the scratch problem of the seal surface, the tight connection problem, etc.
