The lamp protective film equipment developed by ZHENHUA solves the long-standing problem that PC / ABS lamps need to be sprayed with paint. It allows the injection molded parts of the lamps to directly enter the vacuum chamber to complete the evaporation and protective film coating process at one time, so as to prevent secondary pollution without bottom spraying or surface spraying.
The coating of the equipment has good uniformity, and its acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt fog resistance, water resistance and other indicators meet international standards. This equipment is specially used for large and long headlights, and the evaporation electrode is placed at the side of the gate. The equipment is of integrated design, with reasonable and compact space design, which saves space and saves the trouble of repeated installation. Test indicators:
1. Adhesion: no falling off after 3M adhesive tape is directly pasted; The shedding area after cross cutting is less than 5%.
2 Silicone oil performance: the line thickness of the water-based marking pen changes.
3. Corrosion resistance: after titration with 1% NaOH for 10min, the coating has no corrosion.
4. Immersion test: After soaking in 50 ℃ warm water for 24 hours, the coating does not fall off.
