The equipment adopts medium frequency magnetron sputtering technology and anti fingerprint technology. It is a nano coating equipment specially designed for precision laser templates. After the template is coated with nano coating, a layer of ultra-low friction coefficient coating can be formed on its surface, which will not be scratched when printing solder paste and is not easy to adhere to solder paste, so as to effectively protect the surface of the laser template and improve its service life and good accuracy.
The equipment is suitable for stainless steel and crystal glass products. It can deposit various oxides and simple metals, and prepare brightening color films, gradient color films and other dielectric films.
