The CF1914 equipment is equipped with medium frequency magnetron sputtering coating system + anode layer ion source + SPEEDFLO closed-loop control + crystal control monitoring system.
The medium frequency magnetron sputtering technology is used to deposit various oxides. Compared with the traditional electron beam evaporation coating equipment, CF1914 has larger loading capacity and can adapt to products with more shapes. The coating film has higher compactness, stronger adhesion, is not easy to adsorb water vapor molecules, and can maintain more stable optical properties in various environments.
The equipment is suitable for glass, crystal, ceramics and temperature resistant plastic products. It can deposit various oxides and simple metals, and prepare brightening color films, gradient color films and other dielectric films. The equipment has been widely used in perfume bottles, cosmetic glass bottles, lipstick caps, crystal ornaments, sunglasses, ski goggles, hardware and other decorative products.
