The experimental roll to roll coating equipment adopts the coating technology combining magnetron sputtering and cathode arc, which meets the requirements of both film compactness and high ionization rate. The equipment is of vertical structure, and the workpiece winding system is vertically installed in the vacuum chamber. Multi chamber door design, the cathode is installed on the side door, six sets of cathode sources or ion sources can be installed, and the target can be maintained or replaced when the door is opened. The equipment can conduct workpiece surface treatment and multi-layer coating at one time to realize multi-layer film deposition. Suitable for various metal or compound coating materials.
